I'm Mario, the baker and owner of Batched Bakehouse. After working in bakeries for years, I established Batched with the intention of bringing freshly baked and deliciously simple products to the areas of Nottinghamshire that don't yet have their own bakery.

I am passionate about producing incredible products for my customers and that's what driving Batched forward.
