Christmas Cake!

Dark, sticky, fruit filled cake. 

We reduce stout down to a thick syrup to give this cake rich malty stickiness. Our cakes are filled with dried figs, sultanas, ginger and cherries and use Tuxford Windmills OFP wholemeal flour.

Allergens: Eggs, Dairy, Sulphur Dioxide, Cereals containing gluten, Nuts

Note: Nuts are only on the top, if you wish a nut version please message me to have it decorated with glace fruit only.
